Proceedings

The proceedings of the RPC2018 workshop will be published in the Proceedings Section of JINST, Journal of Instrumentation.

To prepare your contribution for submission, please use the JINST Proceedings templates available at http://jinst.sissa.it/jinst/help/JINST_TeXclass.jsp.

When writing your contribution, in addition to the scientific quality and relevance of the subject matter, it is advisable also to check the quality of formatting, language and style (i.e. incoherent use of unit of measure; different conventions used in the same paper such as abbreviations \3 s", \3 sec", \3 seconds" and position: \3C", \3 C"; poorly organized tables; etc.)

Being an online publication there is no strict page limits, however we recommend the following page limits:

  • Keynote talks (duration including discussion > 20 minutes): 8 pages
  • Contributed talks (duration including discussion = 20 minutes): 6 pages
  • Posters: 4 pages

We strongly recommend that all papers are submitted to arXiv first, before submitting them to JINST.

When your contribution is ready for submission to JINST, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Log in to http://jinst.sissa.it (create an account first if you don't have one yet)
  2. In the “Submit” section of the page select the link “submit a proceedings contribution”
  3. Select the RPC2018 conference from the list.
  4. Follow the step-by-step procedure for submission, referring to the instructions available in the section “For Authors” at the top of the JINST home page (http://jinst.sissa.it/jinst/help/helpLoader.jsp?pgType=author).
